Using my account, you will soon be able to manage and view all your bookings with us. Whether you are a guest, client or agent, you will be able to access all elements of your booking information through a secure area of our website.

If you are a client of esa, my account will enable you to manage the stay for a number of guests. This includes:

• check availability and make enquiries
• view provisional bookings and access current and historical booking confirmations
• make amendments to existing bookings*
• enter details of arrival times to ensure that personal check-in will be there to meet and greet your guest at their accommodation
• enter any special requirements of your guest
• extend the stay of an existing guest*
• view your invoice and statement of account and link to pay invoice
• provide your feedback as a client and view 'my guests' satisfaction score'

If you are a guest of esa, my account will enable you to:

• enter your estimated time of arrival and flight details to ensure that personal check-in will be there to meet and greet you at your accommodation
• enter any special requirements that you may have
• request additional housekeeping and maintenance
• access instruction manuals for appliances within the property and view property information pack containing valuable information regarding the property and the local area
• provide feedback on all aspects of your stay and provide a 'my satisfaction score'
