history of esa
Executive Serviced Apartments, esa, was established in early 2004 by founder and Managing Director, Charlie Turner. Initially, esa operated in Newbury where we built a strong client base and our product and service offering to ensure it was suitable for the needs of the corporate client. The Operations team was set up to provide housekeeping and maintenance services to our guests, and a year later the Client Relationship Management team was established to develop client relationships and enable us to respond to their current and future requirements.
New locations in response to demand from clients
During 2007, esa continued to expand. In response to demand from clients along the M4 corridor, esa launched in a number of new locations including Swindon, Maidenhead and Bracknell. The growth of the Operations team and the establishment of the Guest Relationship Management team ensured that we were able to consistently improve our service to our clients and guests.
In 2009, esa set up a dedicated Reservations team to support the existing locations as well as new locations in Slough, Windsor, Southampton, Basingstoke and Reading.
2010 saw further expansion on to the South Coast with new apartments launched in Bournemouth. As esa continued to grow, the desire to continually improve our service led to the appointment of the Operations Manager and further growth of the Sales team.
2011 has led to even further expansion with new locations offered on the South Coast in Poole and Portsmouth. The esa team has also continued to grow with the expansion of the Operations and Sales teams.
A wide range of apartments across the South of England
Since esa was established, our business has steadily grown. We have nearly doubled the size of our portfolio year on year and now have a wide range of apartments across the South of England, predominantly in the Thames Valley and South Coast. We have a growing client base of major blue chip companies, national accommodation booking groups and relocation agents, as well as working directly with local businesses and home owners.
